An administrator is a user group that has provides users with additional rights related to the Semantic MediaWiki.

An Administrator's password must:
It is suggested that an Administrator's password:
- Is at least 10 characters long.
- Is less than 4,096 characters long.
- Is not a substring within their username.
- Is not in the list of 100,000 most commonly used passwords.
- Is not the same as their username.
- Does not match a specific list of default passwords.
