Execute is a Chip that has a 5% chance of dealing bonus damage to an enemy below 20% 
Health. It has a crossed-swords mark.

Execute can get the following bonus effects if it is higher-quality:
(Rare or above) If the target dies, the user heals for 50% of damage dealt.- (Epic or above) The chip can activate if the target is below 25% Health.
