A 'Goal completed' pop-up displays upon the completion of a goal.

A Quest is a task given to a player character that yields a reward when completed. Most quests are given by talking to non-player characters (NPCs).
Quests can be tracked using the quest tracker on the right-hand side of the screen. A more detailed quest tracker is visible on the right-hand side of the Map.
