Description
Returns a list of all skills in the specified categories that contain a Stat.
Usage

Parameters
1: The categories to query.- Required.
- Notes: Comma separated, can be
skillsorpassive talents
- 2: The stat to query.
- Required.
- notext: Whether or not to include 'related skills' text.
- Optional.
