This article is about Artifact upgrades. For Weapon upgrades, see Chips.
Runes are used to upgrade an Artifact by giving it bonus effects when an event is triggered. Unlike Chips, Rune bonuses stay constant and do not scale.
Acquisition
Runes can be crafted with Mysticism and exchanged between players.
Attribtues
A rune's attributes are affected by its Quality. A higher quality means a higher scale factor for its stats.
Crafted runes have additional effects if higher-quality runes were used to craft them.
