Returner is an Item that, upon use, teleports the user to the assigned recieving station. It has a 30-minute cooldown.
The cast time is 8 seconds. To assign a home to the Returner, one must speak to an NPC capable of setting a home.
Acquisition
The player automatically receives the returner when starting the game.
