Elara Brightfall is an NPC that gives the Gnat a problem side Quest.
Dialogue
- I'm here on my first field assignment. I really consider myself lucky. Other guys from my course had to go to the Salt Lakes or the Fiery Fields. Ugh.
- I thought you were local. This is a backwater village. Took me a day and a half to get here from the capital.
- Oh, I'm from Leithana. I'm a novice Observer. If you ever get a chance, you should definitely visit Leithana.

- Well it's... I'm not really supposed to share any information with laymen.
- Wait! I would really appreciate your help, though!
- I uh... Well, alright. But only because it's a dire situation. I am an apprentice at the Leithana University. A Junior Observer.
- I was supposed to study the behavioral patterns of the Gnaticus Prolificus, or gnats as you, village people, call them.
- I put tracking devices on young gnats and now have their behavioral patterns, but I DO NOT have the tracking devices.
- They cost a fortune for our department. Never thought these gnats would be so intimidating in real life.
