Raw Material
A Raw Material is an Item that can be refined into a crafting material. They are mainly obtained through Gathering.
Acquisition

Raw materials can be gathered or traded between players. Different gathering professions yield different raw materials.
There is a lower chance of acquiring higher-quality raw materials.
Refining
See: Crafting
The process of refining raw materials is the same process as Crafting. Players must be at the gathering profession's corresponding Workbench and have 5 of any gathered resource in their Inventory.
