Here's the recipe. Craft the vaccine — you can use my crafting table. The ingredients are outside of town.

During What's up, doc, the player can acquire [ Mana Resin x1] and [ Hazelnut x1] by telling Kain they don't have the ingredients for the Vaccine and then opening a nearby chest.
