Mastery Sniper

Passive: The Sniper can't basic attack. To fire, a cartridge must be chambered. After 5 shots, the Sniper must reload, which takes 1.5 seconds (Attack Speed). If the Sniper stands still or doesn't cast an ability for 3 seconds, they become invisible until they move or cast an ability again.

Active: The Sniper places a totem, revealing a small area within the Fog of war. Using the Q or E abilities grant bonus movement speed.
