The Hand of the Light fires a beam of light to the target area. Enemies struck by the beam take magic damage (Spell Power) and their movement speed (Tenacity) is reduced. Allies touching the beam have movement speed reduction effects removed. If a target is hit, they ability can be reactivated to shield (Spirit) themselves or their allies.
