The Warlock launches a chain in the target direction, tethering themselves to it, lasting 10 seconds. If the distance between the Warlock and the target exceeds 8 meters, the tether is broken.
• When tethered to an ally, the Warlock sacrifices a portion of their health to heals (Spirit) the ally. Healing increases over time.
• When tethered to an enemy, the enemy is dealt increasing magic damage (Spell Power) over time.
