The Soul Eater's basic attacks have a chance to drop soul shards. Allies that touch the shard reduce all ability cooldowns by 1 second. The shards then return to the enemy, dealing magic damage based upon the spell power of the ally who picked them up. Shards are destroyed when an enemy touches them.
