Special (Warlock)

For every active damage-over-time debuff on an enemy, the Warlock gets +5% Spell Power.

For every active buff on an ally, the Warlock gains 5% Healing Efficiency.
Upon activation, the Warlock gets -20% Health to shield them for 300% of the sacrificed Health and increase movement speed by 30% for 5 seconds.
