Each time the Legionary hits an enemy with an ability, they gain a stack of +1% 
Armor and +1% 
Magic Resistance for 10 seconds (with a maximum of 10 stacks). The stack refreshes with each enemy hit.
Upon reaching 10 stacks, the Legionary receives [15% Armor + 15% Magic Resistance] 
Attack Power.
